We currently ship to all provinces and cities within Vietnam.
Please note: We do not ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

A flat-rate shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies to each order, regardless of location within Vietnam.

7. Delays and Exceptions
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the courier will usually attempt redelivery. If redelivery fails:

9. Changing Your Shipping Address

10. Lost or Damaged Packages
